KaZaK Technologies design and ANSYS analysis capabilities focus on innovative total system solutions that meet customer cost, weight and performance requirements. Working closely with prime contractors and commercial customers, our dedicated team of technical experts will listen to fully understand customer problems, goals and system requirements. Based on this understanding, KaZaK will develop and evaluate multiple component designs to arrive at an optimum structure that meets our customer(s) project requirements.
Unique design of materials and inventive geometric solutions produce structures that are lighter weight, provide greater strength and offer volumetric efficiency. Optimization of design for automated composite manufacturing processes reduces the amount of labor needed to fabricate product and therefore significantly lowers product cost.
A system is the sum of its components. KaZaK's success is based on an incremental approach to validate each component prior to system assembly. Material and component level testing validates analytical results, providing a high level of confidence that the novel system will function as designed. Following system assembly, full scale testing is completed to validate the design will meet program requirements.
KaZaK's composite structures our designed in 3D using Solidworks. Our 3D capability links directly to CNC manufacturing, which enables automated very accurate geometry capture and facilitates rapid and cost effective reproduction of components and/ or tooling. Process engineering expertise minimizes cost through trading parameters to simplify tooling and constituent assembly. Fabrication of prototypes further refines manufacturing parameters for low cost automated low rate initial production (LRIP).
KaZaK works with Primes to meet performance requirements of shipboard components through innovative design and cost effective manufacturing and assembly.
